Please consider supporting my swim at The Great Relay. This is the annual event in which I embarass myself by getting up on the swim blocks and compete against much younger and faster swimmers so I can the support Trident Swim Foundation, the charity that pairs after-school academic programs with a competitive swim team for underserved students in Los Angele.  It is an incredibly impactful program that boasts 100% high school graduation rate and gives first generation college students the tools and mentorship needed to further their education. I’m proud to support this program, but there is a lot more work to be done.  Your donations make this all possible and ALL of your money goes to support the coaches and tutors that provide services to the children
